Returns & Refund Policy

All return requests must be made via email. To start a return, simply email our customer care team on info@anticig.com, and we will review and process your request within 24 hours.

Please be sure you include your order number and the reason for return, and state any specific items from your order you wish to return.

Eligibility for a return applies to all products that are unused and unopened, within 14 days of purchase.  

Due to the nature of the product, and health & hygiene precautions, we do not support returns of AntiCig products once the package has been opened. 

We highly recommend sending any return via tracked service to prevent loss or delays in processing. Please note, the buyer is liable for return postage.

If you wish to cancel your order before this has been processed for dispatch, please contact our customer service team via email on info@anticig.com, and they will assist with cancellation and refund of your order.
