Approx. 200 puffs
or online orders, we are happy to offer a refund for an unwanted item within 14 days of receiving your order, so long as the item is unused and unopened. If you wish to return your AntiCig products, please send an email to info@anticig.com and return the items to us in their original, unopened, and unused condition. We are unable to offer a refund on items that are not re-saleable.
For all returns we recommend using a recorded delivery service. Please package your returns securely to prevent damage in transit, and include your name, address, order number and a reason for your return. Returns should be sent to:

Returns
If the item arrived faulty we offer a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. We aim to process returns within 7 days, on average takes between 5-10 working days to process. We will also refund your posting and packaging costs, just sent a copy of your receipt to info@anticig.com
